How to use the help centre

A short guide to the help centre: where to look, what the "?" button does and what each article contains.

This is the Traveller help centre. It holds short instructions for every screen.

Why this page exists

So that nothing has to be guessed. Each article says plainly what a screen does and what happens when you press a button.

Who it is for

You — the person looking for a flight, a stay, a tour, a car or insurance.

  1. The search box at the top — type a single word, for example booking. We search titles, summaries and article text.
  2. The list of sections — articles are grouped by topic, from the simplest to the most advanced.
  3. The "?" button in the header — it opens help for the screen you are on right now. That is the fastest route.

What you will see

  • The article title and a one-sentence summary.
  • Steps in the order you need to do them.
  • A "What happens next" section — the result of your click.
  • A "Common questions" section at the end.

What happens next

Nothing, until you click something yourself. Reading help changes no data, sends no e-mails and creates no bookings.

Common questions

There is no article about my screen. What now? Go back to the list of sections and look for the parent topic. If there is still nothing, write to us — we add the missing articles.

I see Polish text even though I picked English. That article has no translation yet. We show the Polish version instead of an empty page, and there is a notice above the content.

Does help change together with the service? Yes. Articles live in the same repository as the code, so a new screen and its description ship together.
