What this is for

An account lets you save offers, set price alerts, keep traveller details and have all your bookings in one place.

Creating an account is free and takes a minute.

Who it is for

For anyone who wants to come back to their offers and bookings.

What you see

The page is called "Create an account". At the top it says "Travel your way." and "Create an account to save offers and set alerts.".

First there are the "Continue with Google" and "Continue with Apple" buttons. Under them the words "or with e-mail" and the form.

Step by step

The form fields

First name What to type: your first name. Example: Anna. The field is required. It can hold at most 100 characters. Errors: "Enter your first name" (empty field), "First name can be at most 100 characters". Why we need it: to greet you by name and sign our e-mails.

E-mail address What to type: your real address. Example: anna@example.com. The field is required and must be a valid address — with an @ sign and a dot. Errors: "Enter an e-mail address", "Enter a valid e-mail address", "An account with this e-mail address already exists.". Why we need it: it is your login. We send the confirmation code and booking confirmations there.

Password What to type: a long, unique password. Example: green-bicycle-2026. The rule: at least 12 characters, at most 128. Under the field there is a hint "Use a long, unique password." and an eye icon — click it to see what you typed. Errors: "Enter a password", "The password must be at least 12 characters", "The password can be at most 128 characters", "This password has appeared in a known data breach. Choose another password.". That last error means someone has already stolen your password from another website. We check this safely — your password never leaves our server.

I accept the Airsockfly terms (tick box) Ticking it is obligatory. The word "terms" is a link — click it to read them. Error: "Consent is required".

I want to receive inspiration by e-mail (optional) (tick box) This is marketing consent. You may leave it unticked. You lose nothing — the account works the same. You can change the consent later in "Settings".

Referral code (hidden field) It only appears if you arrived from a friend's link, for example /register?ref=AB12CD34. The code may contain only letters and digits, at most 24 characters. Error: "The referral code may contain only letters and digits.".

At the end there is the "Create account" button and the note: "You will confirm your e-mail address in the next step.".

What happens next

1. You will see "Account created. Check your inbox.".
2. We take you to the "Confirm your e-mail address" page.
3. A six-digit code arrives at your address.
4. On the page there are six square boxes. Type the code. The cursor jumps to the next box by itself. You can also paste the whole code at once.
5. Click "Confirm e-mail".
6. You will see "E-mail address confirmed. You can log in.".

If the code did not arrive, click "Send the code again". You will see "If the account exists, we have sent a new code.". If the code is wrong or out of date, you will get "The code is invalid or has expired. Check it or send a new one.".

Typed the wrong address? Click "Change e-mail address".

Frequent questions

Do I have to confirm my e-mail? Yes. Without it we cannot send you booking confirmations and you cannot recover your password.

My code has a different length than six digits. Our code has exactly six digits. With any other number you will see "The code must be 6 digits". Check that you did not copy a space.

I get "Too many attempts. Wait a moment and try again.". That is protection against bots. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Do I have to give my surname? Not when signing up. You add your surname in your profile, and traveller details during booking.

I want to test the service without creating an account. In the demo version ready-made accounts work, for example jan.klient@airsockfly.test (an empty account) and anna.klient@airsockfly.test (an account with bookings). Passwords are in the seed/README.md file.
