What this is for

Your opinion helps other travellers choose better.

You can only write a review after a finished trip, and only for a booking on your account. That is why reviews on offer pages carry a "Verified trip" badge — everyone knows the author really was there.

Who it is for

For logged-in customers after a completed hotel or tour booking.

What you see

The "My reviews" page

The subtitle: "Rate your finished trips and track the moderation status of your reviews.".

Two sections:

"Awaiting your review" — a list of finished trips with no review, each with a "Write a review" button. When there is nothing: "No trips to rate" and "Once a service is finished, the option to write a review will appear here.".

"Your reviews" — the reviews you wrote, with their moderation status. When there is nothing: "No reviews" and "Your reviews will appear here once written.".

The subtitle: "Your verified booking: Hotel Aurora Gdańsk".

Overall rating — required. You pick a number from a list. Error: "Choose a rating from the list.".

Guide rating — optional. Hint: "Only for tours with a guide.". For a hotel you leave this field alone.

Your review — required, 3 to 2000 characters. Hint: "Write what was great and what could be better.". Errors: "Review text is required.", "The value is too long.".

The "Photos (optional)" section with the description "Add up to 3 photos from your trip — they go through moderation together with the review.".

Photo 1, Photo 2, Photo 3 — one file each. Uploading needs JavaScript. Without it you will see "Uploading photos requires JavaScript.". When a file is too big: "The file is too large. The maximum size is 10 MB.". When the upload fails: "The file could not be uploaded. Try again.".

Step by step

1. Log in and go to "My reviews".
2. In the "Awaiting your review" section click "Write a review".
3. Choose an "Overall rating".
4. For a tour with a guide also choose a "Guide rating".
5. Write your review. Be specific and honest — details help most.
6. Add up to three photos if you have them.
7. Click "Send the review for moderation".

What happens next

You will see "Thank you! Your review has gone to moderation.".

The review appears in "Your reviews" with a moderation status. The statuses are: pending, published, rejected.

Moderation checks that the review has no abuse, other people's personal data or advertising. We check photos together with the text.

Once published, your review appears on the offer page, in the "Traveller reviews" section, with a "Verified trip" badge. The property can add a reply — then "Property reply" appears under your review.

Error messages

• "A review can only be written after the service is finished." — the trip has not ended yet.
• "This booking does not belong to your account." — you are trying to rate somebody else's booking.
• "A review for this booking already exists." — one review per booking.
• "The photo could not be verified — try uploading it again." — a problem with the file.
• "Too many reviews in a short time. Try again later." — wait a moment.
• "The review could not be saved. Try again." — a technical error.

Frequent questions

Why can I not rate my flight? We collect reviews for hotels and tours. You rate a flight with the carrier.

Can I change a review I wrote? Not in the panel. One booking is one review. If you made a mistake, write to us through "Support".

How long until it is published? Moderation is usually quick. You can see the status in "Your reviews".

Will my name be visible? We show the first name from your profile with the review. We do not show your surname, e-mail address or booking number.

I uploaded a photo and now want to remove it. Click "Remove image" next to the photo before you send the review. After sending, the photos go to moderation together with the text.
