Loyalty points

How to collect points (1 point per PLN 1), how to pay with them (1 point = 1 grosz, up to half the price) and when they expire.

What this is for

You get points for every completed booking. You can then swap points for a discount.

It is a digital piggy bank. You collect on one trip and spend on the next.

Who it is for

For every logged-in customer. A guest without an account does not collect points.

What you see

The page is called "Points and referrals". The subtitle: "The Airsockfly loyalty programme — points for bookings and rewards for referrals.".

The "Your balance" card

A big number, for example "1,250 points". Under it a note: "Points for bookings: 1 point for every PLN 1. Points expire after 12 months.".

The "Points history" card

A list of entries. Each entry has:

  • Kind — "Earned", "Redeemed", "Expired" or "Adjustment".
  • Number of points — with a plus or a minus.
  • Reason — "booking completed" or "referral reward".
  • Expiry date — "expires 14/09/2027".

When the list is empty: "No points" and "Points will appear after your first completed booking.".

Step by step

Collecting

You do not have to do anything. The system adds the points itself.

The rule: 1 point for every PLN 1 spent. If an order cost PLN 1,899.00, you get 1,899 points.

We add points once a booking is completed, not just paid.

We also have safeguards against abuse:

  • One award per order.
  • At most 10,000 points for one booking.
  • At most 20,000 points per user within 24 hours.

Redeeming points

You redeem points in the "Summary" step during booking.

  1. Go through the "Traveller details" and "Extras" steps.
  2. In the summary find the "Loyalty points" card.
  3. You will see "Balance: 1,250 pts" and "You can redeem up to 875 pts (PLN 8.75)".
  4. In the "Number of points to redeem" field type a number, for example 500. You can also click "Use maximum".
  5. Click "Apply".
  6. You will see "To redeem: 500 pts.".

The error when you type something odd: "Enter a number of points (0 or more)".

Typing 0 means you give up on redeeming. You will then see "Point redemption turned off.".

What happens next

A separate "Points" row with a minus amount appears in the price breakdown. Below it a note: "We will redeem 500 pts after the booking is paid.".

How much a point is worth

1 point = 1 grosz. So 100 points is one zloty.

The redemption limit

Points can cover at most half the price (exactly 50% of the order base). You pay the rest normally.

That is why next to the field it says "You can redeem up to … pts". That number is the smaller of two values: your balance or the 50% cap.

If you gave more points than allowed, we reduce the number ourselves and tell you: "We reduced the redemption to 875 pts — that is what your balance and the discount cap allow.".

When points leave your account

After the booking is paid. The hint says so: "We will take the points off your account after the booking is paid.". If the payment fails, the points come back.

Expiry

Points live 12 months from being awarded. The date on each entry says exactly when they lapse. An "Expired" entry with a minus number then appears in the history.

Frequent questions

I cannot see the points card in the summary. The card only shows for logged-in customers who have points. A guest will see "Point redemption is available after logging in.".

I have 5,000 points but can only redeem 900. Why? Because points can cover at most half the price. On a cheaper booking the cap is lower.

Can points be given to someone else? No. Points belong to an account.

I cancelled a booking. What happens to the points? The points awarded for that booking will be adjusted. You will see an "Adjustment" entry in the history.

I get "We cannot redeem points on this booking right now.". That means this offer does not allow redemption or there was a temporary problem. You can finish the booking normally, without points.
