Referrals (refer a friend)

Your referral code, how to share it, when you get the reward and what the limits are.

What this is for

If a friend creates an account with your code and goes on a trip, you both get points.

It is a reward for bringing new people to us.

Who it is for

For every logged-in customer. Everyone gets their own code automatically.

What you see

On the "Points and referrals" page there is a "Refer a friend" card.

Description: "Share your code — when the person you referred completes their first booking, you both get a points bonus.".

Under the description:

  • "Your referral code:" and your code, for example AB12CD34. The code has up to 8 characters and is made of letters and digits.
  • "Referrals: 3 · rewarded: 1" — the first number says how many people used your code, the second how many of them have already earned you a reward.

Step by step

  1. Log in and go to "Points and referrals".
  2. Find the "Refer a friend" card.
  3. Copy your code.
  4. Send your friend a link in the form https://airsockfly.pl/register?ref=AB12CD34, where AB12CD34 is your code. You can also just give them the code — your friend types it into the sign-up form.
  5. Your friend creates an account.
  6. Your friend makes their first booking and goes on the trip.
  7. Once that booking is completed, the reward lands in your points account.

What happens next

When your friend signs up with your code, a referral record with the status "attributed" is created in the system. The "Referrals" counter goes up by one.

The reward does not arrive straight after sign-up. We wait until the referred person completes their first booking. Then the status becomes "rewarded", the "rewarded" counter goes up, and 500 points land in your account.

You will see the points in your "Points history" as an "Earned" entry with the reason "referral reward". Like all points, they live for 12 months.

Limits

  • You cannot refer yourself. The system checks that the referrer and the referred person are not the same. Such a referral gets the status "rejected".
  • One attribution per account. A new user can use only one referral code, and only at sign-up.
  • The code must be given at sign-up. It cannot be added later.

Frequent questions

Where does my friend type the code? The easiest way is the ?ref= link — then the code fills itself in and stays hidden in the form. Without the link your friend types it into the "Referral code" field on the sign-up page.

My friend typed the code with a dash and got an error. The code may contain only letters and digits. The message says: "The referral code may contain only letters and digits.".

How many points does the referrer get? 500 points for each referred person who completes a first booking. 500 points is PLN 5 off.

My friend signed up a month ago and I have no points. The reward arrives after a completed booking, not after sign-up. Check the counter: if you see "Referrals: 1 · rewarded: 0", we are waiting for their first trip.

Can I refer as many people as I like? Yes, the counter has no upper limit. Just remember the daily points cap — at most 20,000 points in 24 hours.
