Airsockfly Plus

What the Plus membership gives you, what it costs, how to buy it through Stripe and how to cancel.

What this is for

Airsockfly Plus is a membership. You pay monthly or once a year, and in return you get discounts and a few conveniences.

The discount works by itself. You do not have to type any code.

Who it is for

For people who travel more than once a year. You must have an account and be logged in for the discount to be applied.

What you see

The "/plus" marketing page

The title "Travel cheaper with Airsockfly Plus". The subtitle: "Member discounts on every booking, exclusive offers, price alerts and priority support — in one membership.".

The "Join Plus" and "See plans" buttons.

A "What you get in Plus" section with four cards:

  • Member discounts — "An automatic price reduction on every booking — the benefit is visible in the transparent price breakdown."
  • Exclusive offers — "Promotions and packages available only to Plus members."
  • Price alerts — "Priority notifications about price drops on the offers you watch."
  • Priority support — "Your tickets go to the front of the support queue."

A "Choose your plan" section with two cards:

  • MonthlyPLN 29.00 a month.
  • YearlyPLN 290.00 a year. It carries a "Most popular" badge.

Below: "Cancel any time — the subscription runs until the end of the paid period." and "Payment is handled by Stripe Billing. Prices include VAT.".

The "Airsockfly Plus" page in the panel

The subtitle: "Manage your subscription and member benefits.".

The "Your subscription" card shows:

  • Status — "Trial", "Active", "Payment overdue", "Unpaid", "Cancelled" or "Paused".
  • Plan — "Monthly" or "Yearly".
  • Renews: 14/10/2026 — when we take the next payment.
  • Subscription ends: 14/10/2026 — when you have already cancelled.
  • When you have no membership: "You do not have a Plus subscription yet.".

Buttons:

  • "Choose the monthly plan" and "Choose the yearly plan".
  • "Invoices and payment method (Stripe)" — opens a portal where you change your card and download membership invoices.
  • "Cancel subscription".

Step by step

Buying

  1. Log in.
  2. Go to "Airsockfly Plus" in the panel menu.
  3. Click "Choose the monthly plan" or "Choose the yearly plan".
  4. You will see "Taking you to secure payment…".
  5. A Stripe page opens. That is an outside, secure payment operator. You give your card details there. We never see your card number.
  6. After paying you come back to the panel.
  7. You will see: "Thank you! Your Plus subscription is being activated — the status will confirm after syncing with the payment operator.".

Cancelling

  1. Go to "Airsockfly Plus".
  2. Click "Cancel subscription".
  3. You will see: "The subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current period.".

What happens next

The Plus discount is applied by itself on every booking. You will see it in the price summary as a separate "Plus discount" row, next to the "Promotion", "Coupon" and "Points" rows.

After cancelling, the membership runs until the end of the paid period. The date is shown next to "Subscription ends:". Then the status becomes "Cancelled" and the discounts stop applying.

Invoices for the membership itself are in the Stripe portal (the "Invoices and payment method" button). Invoices for bookings are in the panel, in the "Invoices" tab.

Frequent questions

Does the Plus discount combine with a coupon? Yes. The price breakdown shows "Promotion", "Coupon", "Plus discount" and "Points" separately. Each item counts on its own row.

I see the status "Payment overdue". What does that mean? The membership fee could not be taken. Go to "Invoices and payment method (Stripe)" and fix your card details.

I get the message "Online payments are not configured". That means Stripe is not switched on in this installation. In demo mode you cannot buy the membership.

Can I switch from the monthly to the yearly plan? Choose the other plan or manage the subscription in the Stripe portal.

Will a customer who is not logged in get the Plus discount? No. We only apply the discount for a logged-in member, because only then do we know the membership is active.
