My trips and bookings

What this is for

This is your shelf of trips. Everything you bought sits here.

There are two similar views. "My trips" shows trip plans (whole orders). "My bookings" shows individual bookings with filters and search.

Who it is for

For every logged-in customer.

What you see

"My trips"

The title "My trips", the subtitle "Your trip plan, bookings and documents in one place.".

Each trip is a card with a "Trip plan" button.

When you have nothing: "No trips" and "Your orders will appear here as trip plans." with a "Find an offer" button.

"My bookings"

The title "My bookings", the subtitle "Confirmations and details of your upcoming trips.".

At the top:

• A search field — "Search by destination or number". Type a city name or an order number.
• A type filter — "All types". You can choose: Flight, Hotel, Tour, Car, Insurance.
• Tabs — "Upcoming", "Finished", "Cancelled".

Each booking card shows:

• The kind of service and its name.
• The dates and the number of nights or days.
• The number of travellers.
• Order ASW/2026/000123 — the order number. When there is none yet: "We will assign the order number after payment".
• Order value or To pay.
• A status badge.
• The buttons "See details", "See documents", "Trip plan", and for cancelled ones "Cancellation details".

Under the list a note: "Changes and cancellations are handled by the partner named on the booking.".

When the filters find nothing: "No bookings in this view" and "Change the filters or search for something else." with a "Clear filters" button.

When you have no bookings at all: "You have no bookings yet" and "Your orders will appear here together with documents and item details.".

Step by step

1. Log in.
2. In the panel menu choose "My bookings" or "My trips".
3. Click a tab: "Upcoming", "Finished" or "Cancelled".
4. If you are looking for something specific, type a city or a number into the search field.
5. Click "See details" on the booking you want.

What happens next

Order statuses

Your order (the whole basket) has one of these statuses:

• Draft — started but not finished.
• Awaiting payment — we are waiting for your money.
• Paid — the payment arrived.
• Confirmed — the partner confirmed the service. This is the target state.
• Payment failed — the payment did not go through. You can try another method.
• Cancelled — the order was cancelled.
• Refunded — the money came back.

Payment statuses

• Pending — the bank has not confirmed yet.
• Paid — the money is with us.
• Failed — the transaction was rejected.
• Refund in progress — the refund is being processed.
• Refunded — the money is back on your account.
• Cancelled — the payment was interrupted.

Statuses of individual bookings

Hotel: Awaiting payment, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed, No-show, Checked in, Checked out.

Flight: Awaiting payment, Confirmed, Ticketed, Cancelled, Completed.

Tour: Awaiting payment, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed.

Car: Awaiting payment, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed, No-show, Picked up, Returned.

Insurance (policy): Issued, In cover, Cancelled, Claim reported.

"No-show" means you did not arrive and did not cancel the booking. There is usually no refund then.

Frequent questions

What is the difference between "My trips" and "My bookings"? "My trips" groups everything into one trip plan — for example a flight together with a hotel. "My bookings" shows each service separately, with filters and search.

I bought something and cannot see it in the list. Check that you are logged into the right account. Also check the "Upcoming" tab and the type filter. If the order has the status "Awaiting payment", you will find it there.

When does a booking move to "Finished"? After the departure day or after check-out. It then also goes into "Travel history".

Why do I have no order number? We assign the number after payment. Until then you see "We will assign the order number after payment".

Can I change a booking from this list? Open the details and look for the "Change and cancellation" section. We handle some changes ourselves and pass others to the partner.
