Saved offers, collections and sharing
How to save offers with the heart, group them into collections and share a link you can later switch off.
What this is for
You see a nice hotel but are not buying yet. You click the heart and the offer waits for you.
Collections let you arrange saved offers into groups, for example "Greece 2027". You can show a collection to somebody else with one link.
Who it is for
For logged-in customers.
What you see
The "Saved offers" page. The subtitle: "Your ideas for your next trip, always at hand.". At the top a counter, for example "5 offers".
Each saved offer is a card with:
- The name, dates and number of people.
- The price with the note "price at the time of saving".
- A "Check the offer" button.
- A "Remove from saved" button.
Under the list a note: "You can check the current price and availability with the partner.".
When you have nothing: "You have no saved offers" and "Save offers with the heart to come back to them later." with a "Browse offers" button.
The "Collections" card
The description: "Group saved offers into named collections and share them with a link.".
The Collection name field — the example shown in the field: Greece 2027. From 2 to 60 characters.
Errors: "Enter a collection name", "The collection name is too short", "The collection name is too long".
The "Create collection" button (while it runs: "Creating…").
Each collection has "Share" and "Stop sharing" buttons.
When you have no collections: "You have no collections yet.".
The shared collection page
The person with the link sees a page with a "Shared collection" badge and the title "Shared offer list". The subtitle: "Someone shared their travel ideas with you — a read-only preview.".
Next to the offers there is a "See offer" button and the note "Indicative prices from the time the offers were saved.".
When the link does not work: "The link is out of date" and "This collection is no longer shared or the link has expired.". When the collection is empty: "The collection is empty" and "The owner has not added any offers to this collection yet.".
Step by step

- You will see "Offer added to saved".
- The offer appears in "Saved offers".
Creating a collection
- Go to "Saved offers".

Greece 2027. - Click "Create collection".
- You will see "Collection created".
Sharing
- Click "Share" on the collection.
- You will see "Collection link copied to clipboard".
- Paste the link into a message to your friend.
Stopping sharing
- Click "Stop sharing" on the collection.
- You will see "Collection sharing stopped".
- The old link stops working immediately.
What happens next
How the share link works
The link contains a long, random string of characters — we call it a token. That token is the pass: whoever has it sees the collection. No login needed.
Because of that:
- Only send the link to people you trust.
- The person with the link sees read-only — they cannot change or delete anything.
- Your data (name, e-mail, account number) does not reach that page.
- Clicking "Stop sharing" invalidates the token for good. Sharing again creates a new link.
Prices in saved offers
We save the price from the moment you clicked the heart. That is why each offer says "price at the time of saving". You will see the real, current price after clicking "Check the offer".
Sharing a trip plan
The "Trip plan" (trip builder) has its own sharing mechanism, with the buttons "Share the plan with a link", "Copy the link again" and "Stop sharing". The principle is the same — the token is the pass, and switching it off invalidates the old link. The message after switching off: "Plan sharing stopped — the old link no longer works.".
Frequent questions
Can a saved offer disappear? Yes. Offers expire. Then when you click "Check the offer" you will see "This offer is no longer available".
Can the person with the link add something to my collection? No. They see read-only. The page says so plainly: "a read-only preview".
I saved offers without an account. Where are they? Without a login we save them in your browser. Once you log in they move to your account. The message says: "Saved locally — log in to save the plan to your account".
Can I have several collections? Yes. Each has its own name and its own share link.
What if my link leaked? Click "Stop sharing". The link stops working immediately. Then, if you want, share the collection again — you will get a new, different link.
