What this is for

Sometimes one trip is several things at once. A flight there, a hotel for a week and a one-day tour.

The trip builder (called "Trip plan" on the page) gathers those parts in one place. You see them on a timeline and you see the total price.

Who it is for

For anyone putting a trip together from several parts. You can start without an account — the plan is then saved only in your browser.

What you see

The page is titled "Trip plan" with the subtitle: "Put a flight, a hotel and a tour on one timeline — check the total price and the legal classification of the set.".

When the plan is empty you see "Your trip plan is empty" and the hint: "Add a flight, a hotel or a tour with the 'Add to trip plan' button on the offer page.".

Once you add something, you get:

• Item cards — each has a badge "Flight", "Hotel" or "Tour", a name, dates and a price. Next to it there is a "Remove from plan" button.
• Summary — "Total indicative price". Under it a note: "The sum of price snapshots from the moment of adding — we will confirm prices with the partners before booking.".
• Legal classification of the set — more on this below.
• Share the plan with a link — creates an address you can send to someone else.

Step by step

1. Find a flight, a hotel or a tour.
2. Open the offer page.
3. Click "Add to trip plan". The button changes to "In trip plan".
4. Go back to searching and add the next item.
5. Open the "Trip plan" page.
6. Check the dates on the timeline. Make sure the hotel starts on the day you arrive.
7. Read the "Legal classification of the set" section.
8. If you want to show the plan to somebody, click "Share the plan with a link". The link lands in your clipboard.

What happens next

Legal classification of the set

The law treats a single service and a holiday package differently. A package gives you more protection, for example cover in case the organiser goes bankrupt.

We show one of four answers:

• Single service — you are buying one thing.
• Package travel candidate — your set looks like a holiday package.
• Combination of services (not a package) — several services, but the law does not see a package here.
• Requires review — we are not sure and will check it more closely.

Below there is a note: "The classification is for information only. Before finalising a booking of the set we will verify the applicable rules.". You also see the rule version and the market, for example "Rules: 2026-01 · market PL".

If your set turns out to be a package, an extra step with pre-contractual information appears before payment. We describe it in the article "Package information".

Sharing

After you click "Share the plan with a link" you will see "Trip plan link copied to clipboard". The person with the link sees the plan read-only — they cannot change it. Their screen says "You are viewing a shared plan — read only.".

You can stop sharing with the "Stop sharing" button. The old link then stops working.

Frequent questions

I am not logged in. Will I lose the plan? The plan sits in your browser. You then see "The plan is saved locally in this browser. Log in to save it to your account and share it with a link.". Once you log in, the plan moves to your account.

Can I pay for the whole plan in one go? The builder is for arranging and comparing. You start a booking from a single offer, by clicking "Book this offer".

Why is the price in the plan different from the price in the results? Because the plan keeps the price from the moment you added it. Flight and hotel prices change quickly. We always confirm them again before booking.

Someone sent me a link but the page says it is out of date. You see "This trip plan link is out of date or has expired.". The owner stopped sharing or the plan is gone. Ask for a new link.

Can the plan hold a car and insurance? On the timeline we show a flight, a hotel and a tour. A car and insurance are booked separately — insurance can also be added in the "Extras" step during booking.
